Most contractors are management companies that subcontract their work. Skyeco self-performs most of its trades in-house: excavation, demolition, carpentry, painting, roofing, and millwork. That makes us more cost-efficient, lets us hold aggressive schedules, and gives us tighter control over quality. We also own millions of dollars in specialty equipment, from heavy excavation and helical drive rigs to unified hydraulic jacking systems, a level of in-house capability few contractors can match.
